General terms of business
§1 Object of general terms of business
These general terms of business are based on the terms of contract governing all contracts that Bastel- und Hobbykiste, hereinafter named �eller� enters into with the customer of the online shop, hereinafter named �ustomer� The general terms of business are valid at the time of contract.
§2 A contract will be signed
The offers of the online shop are without obligation. By clicking the button [SUBMIT ORDER] You place an obligatory order, containing the items of Your basket. The confirmation will be sent automatically after the submission has been done. The contract will be concluded by the receipt of the delivery confirmation or the delivery of the respective items, but not with the order acknowledgement which is automatically sent from the server.
§3 The duty of information
When sending the order the customer has to provide valid personal data. When changing personal data, such as name, address, email, phone number, bank account, etc., the customer has to inform the seller immediately.
If the customer knowingly omits this information or intentionally gives the wrong details, especially an incorrect email address, the seller can withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal must be stated in writing. An email stating the reason or reasons for withdrawal will be considered binding under these terms.
After sending the order the customer will receive an email with the details of said order.
The customer should be easily reachable by email. The seller assumes an invalid email address if emails sent to the customer are returned to the seller 3 times as undeliverable.
§4 Withdrawal
You are allowed to withdraw your contract within 2 weeks (by sending a letter, fax or email) or by returning the goods, except in the case your order has been placed as a result of your employer� activity (orders by employers). The withdrawal period starts with the receipt of this instruction as well as the ordered goods. For preservation of the withdrawal period a withdrawal in time is sufficient. The result of withdrawal
The seller reserves the right to demand compensation for a loss of value, if the returned goods are used or defective. No claims for compensation shall be admissible if a loss of value should exclusively derive from testing. The customer may avert claims for compensation in connection with use of merchandise by viewing the latter only to an extent necessary for such inspection. Please send the parcel at our risk; if this is not possible, we will pick up the parcel at your home. Refund of payment must be made within 30 days after sending the withdrawal.
The customer is required to pay for the return if the item or items are identical to the ordered item or items, and the price is not higher than 40 Euro, or when the customer did not pay a higher price in full or partial payment.
The withdrawal doesn� exist for
Items which are made concerning individual specifications of the consumer and items that are not suitable for returns.
End of withdrawal.
§5 Payment
If no other arrangements have been made, the customer must pay immediately. The customer can pay via prepay, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, COD, or charge or invoice (regular customer). Your bank account will be charged when the order is delivered . If the customer has arranged payment by installments, the payment has to be made at the 1st of the month. In the case of termination of contract any overpayment will be refunded.
For installment payments the customer is past due without notice if the he misses the payment date.
§6Shipping and fees
The seller accepts the costs of packing.
The customer pays for all shipping/postage costs for items ordered.

§7 Right of ownership
The right of ownership will be until the complete payment is made.
§8 Data storage
The customer� personal data will be used only for transaction processing and will be archived and processed under the regulations of the data protection law (BSDG) and TDDSG.
The customer� data (name, date of birth, address) will be used in part for liquidity information through firm infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstr. 99, 76532 Baden Baden. This information follows the regulations of data protection law §33 Abs.1 (BSDG).
You have the right to freely inspect your archived information; and if necessary, correct, append, or cancel said information. Please ask us or send a letter or fax.
We do not share your personal data without your approval, which you can withdraw at any time, to third any third party, except our service partner for order processing and the bank for terms of payment. In these cases we transmit only the minimum of personal data.
§9 Legal domicile
The right of ownership will be until the complete payment is made, regardless of withdrawal.
If the customer is a seller or legal entity, the legal domicile for all controversy from the contract and withdrawal is Weilburg. It will be effective only under the laws of
Germany without UN-sales law.
§10 Differing conditions of the Customer
In the case that the customer uses his own general terms of business, which are different from these general terms of business, the general terms of business of the seller will be effective.
