Ordering
When you have selected the desired product, you can add it to your cart by clicking the button [ADD TO SHOPPING CART]. You can view the contents of your cart by clicking the button [VIEW CART]. You can clear the contents of your cart by clicking the button [REMOVE] at anytime. If you want to purchase the contents in your cart, just click the button [PROCEED TO NEXT STEP]. You will be asked to enter your address, the desired payment method, the delivery mode, and the confirmation of the customer information. By clicking the button [SUBMIT ORDER], you can complete and submit your order. The order process can be aborted at anytime.
Conclusion of Order
By clicking the button [SUBMIT ORDER] you place an obligatory order, containing the items of your cart. A confirmation email will automatically be sent after your submit the order. The sales contract concludes when the delivery confirmation is received or when the delivery of the respective items has occurred.

Partial Deliveries
Normally we hold an order until all items are available for shipment. However, partial deliveries can be arranged, if this is acceptable for the customer. Additional shipping costs will be incurred. We will proceed with a partial order shipment only after informing the customer of the additional shipping costs and getting the customer's approval.
Withdrawal
You are allowed to withdraw your contract within 2 weeks (by sending a letter, fax or email) or by returning the goods, except in the case your order has been placed as a result of your employer�s activity (orders by employers). The withdrawal period starts with the receipt of this instruction as well as the ordered goods. For preservation of the withdrawal period a withdrawal in time is sufficient. The seller reserves the right to demand compensation for a loss of value, if the returned goods are used or defective. No claims for compensation shall be admissible if a loss of value should exclusively derive from testing. The customer may avert claims for compensation in connection with use of merchandise by viewing the latter only to an extent necessary for such inspection. Please send the parcel at our risk; if this is not possible, we will pick up the parcel at your home. Refund of payment must be made within 30 days after sending the withdrawal.
The guarantee follows legal regulations, whereby we subsequently deliver the item or in the case of the item ordered being permanently unavailable supplying an item of equal or better value as a substitute. If the redress fails or if the subsequently delivered item is not to your satisfaction, then you can return the item for a refund of the full purchase price or keep the item and have the purchase price reduced.
