These angels are adorable! Each design shows an angel doing some kind of stitching: knitting, crochet, quilting, embroidery, etc. There are also hints for personalizing angels for perhaps a golfer, or whatever else you may desire. Although perfect for Christmas ornaments, these angels would make cute gifts anytime. The instructions are quite thorough and are both written and charted for easy following. I think it best to have some knitting experience, although not necessarily with cotton lace. These are small projects and so would make a great beginning for anyone wanting to try lace knitting. I think they are positively heavenly!
